Dept. of Conservation Open Meeting on Hydraulic Fracturing

A rare chance to meet with policy makers and industry representatives regarding “fracking” within the state. Key topics for discussion will include “provisions for pre-fracturing well testing; advance notification; monitoring during and after fracturing operations; disclosure of materials used in fracturing fluid; trade secrets; and storage and handling of hydraulic fracturing fluids.” All interested parties should consider attending, at the very least to learn how to effectively fight the industry.
